This specific Assistant Division Manager (ADM) position oversees the Billing & Technical Services (BTS) and TAGRO sections. BTS provides customer service and billing functions for three city utilities: Solid Waste, Wastewater, and Stormwater. This ADM position is responsible for the operation of the TAGRO Biosolids Program.

An equivalent combination to:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, public administration or a related field. Supervisory experience within the Environmental Department may be substituted for formal education on a year-for-year basis.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid Washington State driver's license at time of appointment with maintenance thereafter, or evidence of equivalent mobility.
Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, business administration, or business management. Background, training, and/or experience in customer service and biosolids management.
