General Duties:


Provides leadership to the operations of the MCES Metro Plant.  Will ensure the plant operates in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.  Will manage goals, strategies, tactical plans, priorities, performance, budgets, safety issues, and regulatory compliance.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field; AND 9 years of increasingly responsible professional experience within a wastewater treatment plant or similar process industry with 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role with performance management and goal setting, and budget development.  License: Class A wastewater certification for the state of Minnesota, or ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire. Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
